Nebula is a prominent character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and comic books. Originally portrayed as a villain, she is the adopted daughter of Thanos, alongside Gamora. She is often described as a Luphomoid, a cybernetically enhanced humanoid.

Driven by a desire for her adoptive father's approval, and fueled by jealousy towards her sister Gamora, Nebula initially served as a formidable opponent to the Guardians of the Galaxy. She possessed exceptional fighting skills and strategic capabilities.

Over time, Nebula's character evolved from a purely antagonistic force to a more complex and sympathetic figure. Facing shared traumas with Gamora, and witnessing the devastation caused by Thanos, she began to work towards redemption. In fact, in Avengers: Endgame she played an integral role in defeating Thanos once and for all.

Nebula's physical form has undergone significant alterations, reflecting her experiences and Thanos' torturous modifications. She is characterized by her partially robotic appearance, including mechanical enhancements to her brain, eye, and limbs. Her MCU portrayal is that of a strong warrior seeking justice and reconciliation.
